Yemnak Management Consultancy L.L.C. is a boutique advisory firm founded in Abu Dhabi in 2014 by Ghassan Hammoud. It offers one product — the Outsourced Owner's Office — and has served founder-led and family-owned businesses across the UAE and Lebanon for twelve years.
Origins
The name is the mandate
Yemnak comes from the Arabic for "your right hand." The firm was founded in Abu Dhabi in 2014 to be exactly that — the owner's right arm inside the business: the senior capacity an owner needs beside them, without the cost and risk of building it in-house.
Over the years the work grew into many forms. In returning to a single product — the Outsourced Owner's Office — Yemnak is not changing direction. It is returning, exclusively, to the work it was built for.
Founded in 2014 for exactly this work. Our founding clients are still our clients today, twelve years later.
